After be approved in the course, the student should have the ability to:
- Collect, process and evaluate data in order to characterize the performance of the process.
- Analyze the operation of a process by identifying possible sources of problems and sources of variation.
- Specify appropriate measures for evaluating the performance of the process.
- Know and apply reliability analysis tools.
